Our return, refund and exchange process is described in our Refund Policy. Items purchased during our Final Clearance are final sale and can't be returned for a change of mind, but can be exchanged for a different size or colour. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws, including your rights regarding faulty or incorrect items.
