We Want You to Love What You Wear

At Tilly Fashion, every piece is chosen with care — and we want you to feel that way about every order. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make it easy.


Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • Free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, or any other marks
  • With all original tags attached
  • In its original packaging

We reserve the right to decline a return if these conditions are not met. 


How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@tillyfashion.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and the reason for your return
  3. We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions
  4. Pack your item securely and send it to the address provided

Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns cannot be processed.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as Tilly Fashion is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit on their way back to us.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene reasons or the nature of the sale:

  • Swimwear and bikinis
  • Underwear and lingerie
  • Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during a clearance event
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or have had tags removed

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) always apply.

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from what was described, you are entitled to a remedy — regardless of our standard return policy. In this case, we will cover all return shipping costs and offer you a full refund or replacement at your choice.

Please contact us at info@tillyfashion.com as soon as possible with a photo of the issue and your order number.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
