Free Shipping on Every Order
At Tilly Fashion, we believe beautiful pieces should arrive at your door without any hidden extras. That's why we offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia — no minimum spend required.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all addresses within Australia, including major cities, regional areas, and remote locations.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, please allow 2–5 business days for it to be processed and prepared for dispatch. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays).
Delivery Timeframes
We ship via Australia Post. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Please note these are estimates only. Tilly Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or circumstances outside our control, such as peak seasons, extreme weather events, or public holidays.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your parcel at any time via the Australia Post website at auspost.com.au.
If you have not received your tracking details within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@tillyfashion.com.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of checkout. Tilly Fashion is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@tillyfashion.com and we will do our best to assist — however, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@tillyfashion.com as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with Australia Post to investigate and find the best resolution for you.
